Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 on behalf of Atomate Limited (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 07591946). It sets out the steps Atomate has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.

1. Our Organisation and Supply Chains

Atomate Limited is a software development and technology consultancy with offices in London, United Kingdom, and Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We deliver digital products and services to clients across a range of sectors.

Our supply chain is predominantly digital in nature and consists primarily of:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (including Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud);
  • Software tools and SaaS platforms used in project delivery;
  • Freelance developers and specialist contractors engaged on a project basis;
  • Professional services providers (legal, accounting, HR).

This supply chain profile represents a low risk of modern slavery or human trafficking.

2. Our Policies

Atomate is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings. Our Equal Opportunities & Diversity Policy and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy reflect this commitment. We expect all employees, contractors, and suppliers to share these values.

3. Due Diligence

We take the following steps to assess and manage the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains:

  • We engage suppliers and contractors through documented agreements that include expectations regarding compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
  • We assess the risk profile of our supply chain on an ongoing basis, considering geography, sector, and the nature of services provided.
  • Where new suppliers are engaged in higher-risk contexts, we conduct proportionate due diligence before entering into a working relationship.

4. Risk Assessment

Given the nature of our business — digital services delivered primarily through cloud infrastructure and knowledge workers — we assess the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations and direct supply chain as low. We do not operate in manufacturing, logistics, or sectors known to carry elevated modern slavery risk.

5. Training and Awareness

All employees and regular contractors are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking during onboarding and through periodic communications. Staff are encouraged to report any concerns promptly to the company Administrator.

6. Key Performance Indicators

We measure our effectiveness in combating modern slavery through the following indicators:

  • No reports or verified incidents of modern slavery within our operations or supply chain.
  • All material supplier relationships governed by written agreements that include compliance expectations.
  • This statement reviewed and updated annually.

7. Review

This statement is reviewed and approved annually by the Administrator of Atomate Limited. It was last reviewed in 2026.
