IT Sales Manager

This is a full time position, based in our Chisinau office.

We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our company’s sales potential, crafting sales plans while identifying emerging markets.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively maintain, retain and build long-term relationships with existing and future clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s client base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Continue education learning about improved sales techniques

Required skills and qualifications

  • 2 years prior sales experience typically preferred
  • Understanding of software development process and terminology is required
  • English: Fluent and advanced knowledge required
  • Ability to recognise other sales opportunities within existing client base
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Show consistent professionalism and good judgement

Education

  • University/Academic background preferred
  • Good sense of humour is required.
